VIVALDI Kick-off meeting

This meeting marked the start of the VIVALDI 4 years EU project, which will bring together 21 institutions from Europe and beyond, on the issue of mollusc diseases.

On the occasion of the IRTA's technical days, the VIVALDI project was presented to the producers and other local stakeholders.

VIVALDI General Assembly 2017

The 2017 General Assembly of the VIVALDI project took place from 10 to 12 May 2017, in L'Ampolla in Catalunya, at the kind invitation of IRTA.

VIVALDI was in Galway on 31 March!

This Information Day on VIVALDI offered local stakeholders (scientists, producers, competent authorities...) the opportunity to hear about the project and the activities planned by the Irish partners.

IFREMER VIVALDI days, 6 and 7 December, Bouin (F)

The VIVALDI Ifremer Days took place on 6 & 7 December on the IFREMER Bouin platform. About 40 persons involved in the VIVALDI project participated and exchanged on the ongoing work and the first results of the project.

Great success for the stakeholders workshop, 29 August 2018 in Aqua 2018

On 29 August 2018, in the framework of Aqua 2018 in Montpellier (F), the VIVALDI consortium organised an open workshop entitled “Acting together to better prevent and mitigate farmed bivalve diseases”. All the presentations are available here!

General Assembly 2019

The VIVALDI consortium met in Trieste on 11, 12 & 13 June 2019.

Week of Science in Vigo

On the occasion of workshops organised by CSIC on 25-26 November 2016, during the Week of Science, the objectives of VIVALDI were presented to the wider public.

VIVALDI workshop at EAFP in Belfast on 7 September 2017

Bivalve diseases were at the heart of the discussion in this workshop organised by the VIVALDI project, focusing on pathogen diversity and emergence.

VIVALDI General Assembly 2018

Strong VIVALDI representation at the NSA in Seattle

Several VIVALDI works have been presented at the National Fisheries Association meeting in Seattle, by colleagues from the University of Cork (IE) and Ifremer (F).
