From 10 to 14 September, 3 VIVALDI partners (CNRS, F - University of Padova, IT - SYSAAF, F) are gathered to sample more than 1000 manila clams in the Venice lagoon.

This visit was organised as part of Vivaldi work on pathogen diversity and improving tools for better surveillance.
In 2017 and early 2018, Italian and French researchers involved in VIVALDI have published 4 articles emphasising some first scientific results notably obtained thanks to our project.
Thanks to two surveys carried out in 2016 and 2017, categories of stakeholders concerned by shellfish diseases have been defined and their perceptions regarding the disease issue have been collected. This work was developed with a view to providing an improved understanding of the relationships between these categories.

In 2019, VIVALDI researchers have published 7 articles emphasising some key scientific results obtained thanks to our project. Most of these publications are the outcome of joint work between different European teams.
The analysis of stakeholders' perception of shellfish diseases was a key objective of the VIVALDI project. A report was delivered in March 2019, following a long sociological analysis in 4 different European countries. The analysis was pushed a little further in France, where supplementary work was carried out.
